Process Development

The process development should be emphasized to increase
serial production OEE without giving compromise on customer
requirements. Alumina uses the PDCA approach with following
tools and methods during process development:

• APQP
• One-piece flow
• Poka yoke
• Standardization
• Autonomation (Jidoka)
